This policy describes how we handle your information. For customers using our systems and services, additional terms in our Service Agreement also apply and prevail if there’s any inconsistency.
What we collect
- Contact and business details (e.g., name, company, email, phone).
- Operational data you provide for services (e.g., SKUs, orders, shipment and warehousing info).
- Account and usage data for our systems (e.g., log events, security signals).
- Device and site analytics (e.g., cookies or similar technologies) to improve site reliability and performance.
Why we collect it
- To deliver and support our warehousing, fulfilment, freight and related software services.
- To communicate about quotes, onboarding, operations and billing.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse and ensure service integrity.
- To comply with legal requirements and enforce our terms.
Legal bases
Where required, we process data under one or more of these bases: performance of a contract (services you request), our legitimate interests (e.g., operating and securing our systems), consent where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing & recipients
We may share limited data with carriers and logistics partners, IT/WMS providers, payment and communications vendors, and professional advisers—only as needed to provide services or meet legal requirements.
Storage, location & retention
Data may be processed in Australia and, where vendors are used, in other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards. We retain records for the period needed to provide services and meet legal/operational requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect data and maintain system security. However, no method is perfect; except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, we are not liable for unauthorised access or breaches. See our Service Agreement for details.

- Access, correct or update your information by contacting us.
- Control certain cookies via your browser settings.
- For account-level changes (e.g., user access), authorised contacts can request updates via our portal or support channels.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our practices evolve. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify customers.
