1) Using this Website

Content is provided for general information. It does not constitute a quote, offer, or professional advice. We may update or remove content without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

2) Quotes, Onboarding & Service Terms

  • All quotes, work orders and services are subject to our formal Service Agreement provided during onboarding. That agreement is the binding contract between you and us.
  • We may use subcontractors and carriers where appropriate. Where third-party carriers are used, claims must be pursued with the carrier as applicable under the Service Agreement.
  • We are not a common carrier and may decline services at our discretion, as set out in the Service Agreement.
  • You are responsible for insuring your own goods. We maintain certain insurances for our operations; your product insurance remains your responsibility.
  • Operational software access (e.g., inventory/WMS portals) is provided for convenience; availability and data accuracy may vary. The Service Agreement explains software ownership, permitted use, planned maintenance and related limitations.

3) Delivery, Storage & Access

Delivery, attempted delivery, storage at your risk where delivery is not possible, and proof-of-delivery practices are governed by the Service Agreement and applicable law.

4) Fees, Payments & Overdue Accounts

Prices, taxes, payment methods, due dates, late fees/interest, and consequences of non-payment (including access suspension and lien/abandonment processes) are governed by the Service Agreement and will be stated on your invoices or commercial documents.

5) Liability, Force Majeure & Limits

To the extent permitted by law, our liability, exclusions, and any caps/limitations are set out in the Service Agreement. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, cyber incidents, outages). For full details, see the Service Agreement.

6) Intellectual Property

Our software, website content, logos and other IP remain our property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of our systems or content. Any permitted use of our software is limited to the services we provide to you.

7) Privacy

We take reasonable steps to protect personal and business data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, and your choices. The Service Agreement contains additional terms that apply to customers using our systems.

8) Changes to these Terms

We may update these website terms from time to time. The version published here replaces earlier versions. For services you receive from us, the Service Agreement governs.
